Can I get a refund or make an exchange for a new size/color?

We do not accept any returns or exchanges. Exchange is acceptable only if we have sent you the incorrect size or style. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed all the info in your order prior to finalizing your purchase, including your billing and shipping address, e-mail and telephone number.

How do I know that the size I ordered is the right size for me?

Please refer to our size chart. Exchanges are acceptable ONLY if we have sent incorrect size or style.

Can I track my order?

All customers receive a shipping confirmation tracking number via the e-mail they used for paypal transaction when their order ships out. To track your package, go to www.usps.com.

When will I receive my order?

Please allow 2 - 3 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 5-7 business days for shipping at the MOST, we usually ship out very quickly. We do not ship on Sundays.

What shipping carrier do you use?

We ship all orders via USPS. We do not use any other shipping carrier.

Do you accept check payments? Can I use PayPal?

We do not accept payments by check, but our merchant company PayPal has an e-check thru their services. ANYONE can use PayPal with any major credit card, NO need to sign up. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and e-checks deposited from your bank account.
